Risk Management and Trade Management for Daily Income Trading Style
I will not be simultaneously in 3 or more trades
I will not place an additional trade till and until one of the earlier trades meet target 1
If I have 3 losses on any given day I will stop trading and shut my shop and do something else (Watching a movie, reading a book or going out for a walk)
If I have 2 consecutive losses I will preferably decrease my position for the 3rd trade just to be safe (50%)
Let us say we are in a trade and that trade is making us a 1:1
Do not exit the trade and book partial profits instead get SL to cost( Many times many trades will be closed for breakeven and this is normal)
Once price reaches 1.5:1 you have choice to take partial profits and bring SL to cost
Once price reaches 2:1 you have a choice to exit the complete position or exit 50% position. The remaining 50% will be managed using either a manual trailing stop loss
According to our Money Management Rule, We recommend our Traders to use Correct lot size depend on their trading balance for making consistent profits.
For example : If you have 1000$ USD balance, you can use Maximum 0.10 lot (0.02+0.03+0.05 = 0.10 lot) it should be your maximum running lot on your 1000$ trading account.
10,000$ USD balance = 1 lot maximum
20,000$ USD balance = 2 lot maximum
25,000$ USD balance = 2.5 lot maximum
Hope you understand now about the simple money management rule.
