XAUUSD — The Rally Is Hot, But 4,132 Is the Key

2 231
Gold has pushed strongly higher after breaking the previous resistance structure.

The bullish momentum is clear.

But after a fast move like this, I do not want to chase the candle at the top.

I want to know one thing:

Where will buyers defend the trend?

The simple read

Gold is now reacting near the 4,176 zone.

This is the first important resistance / reaction area after the breakout.

If buyers can keep control and break above 4,176 with confirmation, the next upside zone becomes 4,216.

But if gold starts to reject from 4,176, a pullback toward 4,132 may be healthier.

Why is 4,132 important?

Because it is the OB Buy / trend continuation zone.

This is where the market can retest the breakout structure before deciding the next move.

Key price zones

Current price area: 4,160 - 4,170

First reaction zone: 4,176

Trend continuation buy zone: 4,132

Next upside reaction / sell zone: 4,216

Bullish structure remains stronger above: 4,132

Short-term momentum improves above: 4,176

Trading plan

Bullish continuation scenario

If gold holds above 4,132 and breaks 4,176:

The bullish structure remains valid.

Price may continue toward 4,216.

A clean breakout or retest above 4,176 would make the continuation setup stronger.

Pullback scenario

If gold rejects around 4,176:

I will watch 4,132 for buyer reaction.

A clean reaction from this zone may support another upside attempt.

A weak reaction or clear break below 4,132 would make the current breakout less healthy.

Resistance reaction scenario

If gold reaches 4,216:

This becomes the next important reaction zone.

After such a strong upside move, I would watch for signs of hesitation there.

No rejection = no forced sell.

XAUUSD Update — Fibo Sell Zone Paid Again
snapshot
Today’s Tiara plan reacted beautifully.

Gold pushed into the marked React Zone / Sell Zone around 4,176 - 4,216, then started to reject exactly from the area we were watching.

The SELL setup from this Fibo reaction zone has now delivered around +280 pips of movement.

The key lesson is simple:

Strong bullish momentum does not mean we chase the top.

We wait for price to reach the zone.

We wait for reaction.

Then the chart tells the story.
Trade closed: target reached
The market triggers a strong pump, breaking out of sell positions or price zones, and then enters a waiting phase.
