Bitcoin’ (XBT) is starting to move up after finding support on the 4h TF.

We can see the last candle moving with good momentum and volume on the way up.

  • Our next resistance is sitting at $3715 which is marked by EMA10 (green line).
  • Our main target is ~$4900 which is marked by EMA50.
  • Our next support is sitting at $3495, followed by $3370.

Chart analysis and signals by Alan Masters
  • The RSI has been extremely oversold and now trending up after huge bullish divergence.
  • The MACD is on the bearish side but showing bullish divergence as well.
  • The price is bouncing after producing two Dojis candlesticks.
  • Volume is increasing on average.
  • A close below $3211 on this time frame would invalidate these signals.
  • More details on chart.

Buy-zone: 2900 - 3000 it depends on the trend of the wedge ,,, We have also a great support on marketcap between 94B - 97B

First target: 3700$
Second target: 3880$
Third target: 4200$ > Blue trend <

Closing 2D candle above the blue-trend means that we have a great bullish wave

I agree on the bullish divergence on the rsi. I expect a bounce to, for the short term at least. Long term, touching 3k would be healthy. We're so close..

Thanks for the great TA! We played the 4h bull trap and expected to see a rejection so we got in on the 4h and made a quick winning trade. I think we're still going to see a move down this week.
