On this fractal we are just looking at early 2017 and comparing cycles to what we have today. We see some similarities in terms of social media sentiment to 2017 and of course the chart fractals do look somewhat similar as both have seen making a symmetric triangular pattern just before the burst with lower highs, and higher lows with two short squeezes.

This lawsuit looming is part of what's keeping it down (among other things) - once/if they are cleared of that, we'll see movement - doubt to this degree, but at least back to 0.30 - 0.60 range
