Tata power may have made a short term bottom today at 313. now it can do 2 things:
First it can directly go high from here to 383-85 levels keeping stop loss at 302 below closing..
else it can waste some time here & consolidate in this range for sometime then go higher..
either way good to buy near 315-20 zone keeping 300 below closing as stop loss.
After the long cup with handle pattern breakout the stock is still rallying and we expect a small base formation of few weeks or a retest of some kind. So would suggest to wait for more confirmations and price action in the near future. Power sector on the overall is hot and strong.
278-298 shall act as an initial support for it but 246-267 would be the main...
Tata Power got rejection and formed a resistance zone @ 330 - 340. Until it sustains above 350, the stock will remain weak and we are looking forward to see downward targets.
Take sell trade between 340 - 330 with the SL of 365, Targets for downside will be 285 and 260.
