Argentina's YPF takes full control of Refinor in $25.2 mln deal

Argentina's state-run oil company YPF said on Tuesday it has acquired the remaining 50% stake in Refinor from Hidrocarburos del Norte for $25.2 million.

The purchase gives YPF full ownership of Refinor, an Argentine energy company primarily engaged oil and gas refining and marketing in the north of the country.
