SHORT Entry when RSI is RED & Below "dash" line
LONG Exit when RSI turns to RED from GREEN
SHORT Exit when RSI turns to GREEN from RED
SIDEWAYS movement when RSI line is BLACK; Wait for pullback or reversals here.

Use on Higher Timeframes only.
