SMC Sessions Overlay (V2.0) is an intraday market structure tool designed for traders who use Smart Money Concepts (SMC) and ICT-style session analysis.

This indicator highlights the three main institutional trading sessions:

  • Asia
  • London
  • New York

Each session can be configured independently, allowing you to customize:

  • session visibility
  • fill and border styling
  • session start and end times
  • kill zones
  • prior and current session highs and lows

    Main features

    1. Institutional session boxes
Displays the full range of the Asia, London, and New York sessions directly on the chart, helping traders visualize intraday structure and timing.

    2. Kill zones
Optional kill zone overlays can be enabled for each session separately. These are useful for focusing on the most active and relevant time windows inside each session.

    3. Prior and current session highs/lows
    The indicator can plot:
  • prior session highs and lows
  • current session highs and lows
  • or both

These levels are extended to the right and labeled clearly, making them useful as:
  • liquidity references
  • sweep targets
  • mitigation zones
  • reaction levels during intraday execution

    4. Session-based workflow
All settings are grouped by session to improve usability and reduce configuration friction. This makes the tool faster to set up and easier to navigate.

    Why use it

This indicator is especially useful for traders who want to combine:
  • session timing
  • liquidity mapping
  • kill zone analysis
  • intraday highs and lows
  • SMC / ICT execution logic

It helps structure the chart around the parts of the day where price delivery and liquidity interactions are often most meaningful.

    Best use cases
  • London open setups
  • New York open setups
  • London / New York overlap trading
  • liquidity sweeps of Asia or London highs/lows
  • intraday bias and execution context

This is not intended to generate signals automatically.
Its purpose is to provide clean visual structure, better timing awareness, and more precise session context for discretionary traders.
