Everyone is their own media company these days thanks to social media but the industry also spans popular streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Disney Plus as well as films, books and radio. There are also the traditional broadcasters and newspapers who represent old media but may still be worthy investments given their size, experience and, sometimes, their dividends.
