How do I create a new public chat?

Click the Plus button in your public chat list and name the new chat room to create one.

Here are some guidelines to keep in mind:

• Don't create duplicate chats. Search the existing ones to see if a similar chat already exists.
• Provide a clear Title and Purpose that makes sense and is related to Trading.
• Avoid using contentious or offensive language.
• The language that you use should match the language version of the site.
• Don't create chats for commercial purposes.

Chats that violate any of these guidelines or don't attract at least 5 different users and at least 1 message a day are going to be deleted.

Please note that public chat creation feature is only available to users on a paid plan.
