System requirements for desktop app

The Desktop App supports all major desktop operating systems. Below are the system requirements for each operating system.

Windows System Requirements

• Windows 10 (22H2)
• Windows 11

The Microsoft Store application should be installed on your OS

Compatible processor:

• Intel® or AMD processor with 64-bit support. 

ARM is not supported

macOS System Requirements

The desktop application supports versions of macOS above 10.15 "Catalina"

Previous versions of macOS are not supported

Compatible processor:

• Multicore Intel® processor with 64-bit support 
• Apple Silicon processor (M-series)

Linux System Requirements

The desktop application has been tested on the following operating systems:

• Ubuntu 20.04 LTS "Focal Fossa"
• Ubuntu 22.04 LTS "Jammy Jellyfish"
• Ubuntu 24.04 LTS "Noble Numbat"

Compatible processor:

• Intel® or AMD processor with 64-bit support.

• macOS: Catalina 10.15 or above
• Windows: 
  • Windows 10 64-bit, version 21H2 or above
  • Windows 11 64-bit
  • The Microsoft Store application should be installed on your OS
• Linux: 
  • Debian package: Tested and verified for Ubuntu LTS releases 20.04 and above
  • Snap package: Any Linux distro with the Snap package manager installed
