My payment doesn’t go through, what can I do?

This is not as uncommon as you may think. At TradingView, we have steps in place that make it easier for members who experience payment method issues to continue with their payment and move on to their plan subscription with us.

If you are experiencing issues, we encourage you to first try and change your payment method on the Account & Billing tab of your Profile Settings page. Users can pay with the following credit cards: Visa, Delta, Electron, MasterCard, Eurocard, Maestro, and American Express. We also accept debit cards if they have a Visa or MasterCard logo.

Also, the payment for your subscription can be done via mobile apps (Google Play or App Store). Go to Profile -> Settings -> Subscriptions to complete the payment.

In addition, users can pay with a PayPal account, Google Pay, Apple Pay. Pay attention that Google Pay cannot be used to take a trial period. But don't get upset! Having activated a trial with another payment means, you can update your payment method and set Google Pay for future auto renewals.

To pay with cryptocurrency, go to the payment page where you will be directed to Coinbase. They handle all crypto payments for us. Here you can choose the crypto you want to pay with and get started with your subscribed plan.

If one payment method doesn’t seem to be working, go ahead and try another.
