The security is being delisted. The last day of trading on an exchange is April 19, 2024. DALT is actively managed by Regents Park Funds and Anfield Capital Management. Management selects positions by analyzing multiple factors, both fundamental and technical, as well as overall economic conditions. These factors drive a proprietary methodology with the goal of reducing risk and increasing returns. The fund is designed for low correlation to equity and fixed income. DALTs equity exposure includes domestic and foreign securities, including emerging markets, without limitation to market cap. Specifically, the fund looks for companies operating in major technical innovations (in computing, medical sciences, and nanotechnology), infrastructure development, and resource exploitation. The fixed income portion focuses on convertible and preferred securities. Commodity exposure targets energy- and commodity-related securities. In addition, the fund can hold up to 15% in traditional alternatives such as private equity, private debt, and hedge fund strategies. DALT may use other ETFs, mutual funds, closed-end funds, BDCs, or REITs to target desired exposure. Typically, the portfolio consists of 20-30 equally weighted positions.
