The Construction segment offers civil engineering, infrastructure, telecom networks, renewable energy, environmental projects and real estate. The Development and Exploitation of Real Estate and Hotel Services segment mainly includes sales of real estate. The company was founded by Sokratis Peter Kokkalis in 1977 and is headquartered in Athens, Greece.
