The Offshore Support Vessels segment provides offshore maritime support to serve offshore energy exploration and production activities. The Logistics segment offers integrated and logistics solutions to support national and international trade, operating with general and bonded warehousing, inventory management, distribution, transport management and solutions for the foreign trade sector. The Shipyard segment designed for the construction, conversion, maintenance and repair of vessels, maritime and offshore structures. The company was founded by Edward Pellew Wilson in 1837 and is headquartered in Botafogo, Brazil.
