It operates through the following segments: Caustic Soda, Synthetic Iron Oxide Pigment (SIOP), Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC), C-PVC, and Soda Ash. The Caustic Soda segment is an Alkaline used in sectors like, soaps, detergents, paper, and chemicals. The Soda Ash segments is mainly utilize in industries such as detergents, dye intermediaries, sodium silicate, ore refining, glass industry, pesticides, paper, pharmaceuticals and mining industries. The PVC segment is the most commonly used thermoplastic. The C-PVC segment is used in a variety of industries, including construction, chemical, electrical & electronics, healthcare, agriculture, and material handling equipment. The SIOP segment involves in specialty of chemical. The company was founded by Sahu Shriyans Prasad Jain on January 28, 1939 and is headquartered in Mumbai, India.
