Housing & Urban Development Corp. Ltd. is a wholly-owned government company which provides loans for housing and urban infrastructure projects in India. Its services include social housing, residential real estate, and retail finance through the HUDCO Niwas scheme. It also offers housing and commercial real estate projects, including land acquisition to the middle-income group and high-income group of society.
