TGV SRAAC Limited, formerly Sree Rayalaseema Alkalies and Allied Chemicals Limited, is a producer of chlor-alkali products and manufactures castor derivatives and fatty acids. The Company is engaged in the manufacturing of caustic soda lye/flakes, caustic potash lye/flakes, and soap noodles. Its business segments include Chemicals, Oils & Fats, and Power. It deals in chlorine, sodium hypochlorite, hydrogen, potassium hydroxide and potassium carbonate under Chemicals Segment. The Fatty Acids Division produces over 29,778 million tons of stearic acid and soaps noodles, and the Castor Oil Division produces over 9,044 million tons Castor Oil. Its castor derivatives include Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Ricinoleic Acid, and Methyl 12 hydroxy stearic acid (HSA). It is engaged in examining the avenues for the 28-megawatt power plant project at Bellary. It is a provider of mercury-free caustic lye for soap manufacturers and exports its products to Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Sharjah, Bahrain, and Dubai.
