The ContiTech segment specializes in developing and manufacturing cross-material, products and systems for the automotive industry. The Contract Manufacturing segment is involved in the contract manufacturing of products. The Other/Holding/Consolidation segment refers to centrally managed subsidiaries and affiliates. The company was founded on October 8, 1871 and is headquartered in Hanover, Germany.
