The Trade and Sales segment focuses in the commercial business in terms of trading in electricity and certificates of origin, as well as in other energy market instruments. The Distribution and eMobility segment provides electricity and gas distribution and sale services in commercial, industrial, and individual customers and the development of electromobility. The company was founded on July 17, 1997 and is headquartered in Warsaw, Poland.
