It specializes in the development of residential, retail and commercial projects in Xiamen, Fuzhou, Quanzhou, Shanghai, Hefei and Tianjin. The Others segment comprises corporate income and expense items. The company was founded by Lam Lung On in December 1994 and is headquartered in Xiamen, China.
