The Forestry and Fleet segment owns plantations in Mpumalanga province on which it grows pine and eucalyptus trees that are cultivated and managed on a rotational basis. The Wholesale segment focuses on the distribution centers located in Pretoria, Germiston, Polokwane, Bloemfontein, Port Elizabet, Durban, Upington, and Cape Town, which sell timber-related products from the sawmills and the plywood plant. The Agricultural segment is involved in farming avocado, citrus and macadamia orchards, a fruit packaging facility and a sawmill that produces lumber and pallets in the Mpumalanga province. The company was founded on June 16, 1916 and is headquartered in Mpumalanga, South Africa.
