The Corporate and Investment Banking in Slovenia segment consists banking operations with key corporate clients; small and medium-sized enterprises; investment banking and custody; and restructuring and workout. The Strategic Foreign Markets segment covers strategic group banks in Serbia, North Macedonia, BiH, Kosovo, and Montenegro. The Financial Markets in Slovenia segment comprises treasury activities and trading in financial instruments. The Non-Core Members refers to the operations of REAM and leasing entities. The Other Activities segment pertains to the business of NLB Cultural Heritage Management Institute. The company was founded on July 27, 1994 and is headquartered in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
