The Gas Assets and Solutions segment refers to the provision of liquefied natural gas carrier services and non-conventional gas asset solutions. The Petroleum and Product Shipping segment is involved in the provision of petroleum tanker and chemical tanker services. The Offshore Business segment includes own, lease, operation, and maintenance of offshore, floating, production and offloading terminals. The Marine and Heavy Engineering segment focuses on marine repair, marine conversion, and engineering and construction works. The Others segment relates to integrated marine services, port and terminal services, maritime education and training, and other diversified businesses. The company was founded on November 6, 1968 and is headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
