The Marketing and Trading refers to the sale and distribution of health care and consumer products, import and distribution of food ingredients, provision of software solutions and software research and development, marketing, distributing of coffee and beverage products. The Others segment consists of investment in shares, investment, renting out of properties, operation of food and beverages outlets and dormant companies. The company was founded by Peng Chor Koh, Sia Swee Tan and Yang Ket Law in 1989 and is headquartered in Shah Alam, Malaysia.
