FSBM Holdings Bhd. is an investment holding company, which engages in the distribution of computers, computers related products, and education related products. It also engages in the provision of management services and investment holdings. It operates through the following segments: Platform Design and Development, Refurbishment Services, Lease Services, Technical Support and Maintenance Services, and Others. The Platform Design and Development segment focuses on the development of web-based and mobile platforms. The Refurbishment Services segment includes the refurbishment of pre-owned IT hardware. The Lease Services relates to the leasing of IT hardware. The Technical Support and Maintenance Services is involved in the after-sales service following the completion of platform design and development projects. The Others segment includes principal activities related to managing security solutions, provision of smart manufacturing solutions, and other services. The company was founded by San Tan Hock on February 27, 1984 and is headquartered in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.
