The M and E segment focuses on the design, supply and installation of air-conditioning and ventilation, plumbing and fire protection systems. The HE segment covers the sale and distribution of construction equipment which includes backhoe loaders, heavy excavators, compact excavators, telehandlers and the associated spare parts. The company was founded by Tai Sing Chii in 1961 and is headquartered in Sibu, Malaysia.
