ENZL provides exposure to the New Zealand equity space, which has have limited choices. Luckily, ENZL represents comprehensive exposure in terms of sector allocation and cap weighting, limiting a single issuer to 25%. The fund provides marketlike exposure to the New Zealand economy, which is balanced among a diverse set of sectors. ENZL uses a representative sampling strategy, which means it will invest in a sample of securities that collectively have an investment profile similar to that of the underlying index. The index is rebalanced quarterly.
