It operates through the following segments: Multimodal Transport Operation (MTO), Container Freight Stations and Inland Container Depot (CFS & ICD), Project and Engineering Solutions (P&E), and Logistics Park. The MTO segment includes the movement of cargo, domestically and internationally through modes of transportation like air, ocean, road, and rail. The CFS & ICD segment manages network of freight stations and inland container depot. The P&E segment consists of equipment leasing, project transportation services, and shipping. The Logistics Park segment focuses on asset light strategy by moving assets to SPVs. The company was founded by Shashi Kiran Janardhan Shetty on August 18, 1993 and is headquartered in Mumbai, India.
