The Lubricants and Greases segment focuses on the manufactures and sells of lubricants and greases. The Solar System segment is involved in the sale of solar system. The LPG and Cylinder Sales segment manages the liquefied petroleum gas and cylinder sales. The Haulage and Transportation Services segment responsible for haulage and transportation services of products. The company was founded on December 11, 1964 and is headquartered in Ijora-Apapa, Nigeria.
