The HydraSpecma segment provides hydraulic components and systems for industry and the aftermarket. The Borg Automotive segment distributes remanufactured automotive parts to the European market. The GPV segment includes electronics, mechatronics and high precision mechanics products. The company was founded by Victor Schouw on January 10, 1878 and is headquartered in Aarhus, Denmark.
