Southern Packaging Group Ltd. is an investment holding company, which engages in the manufacture of packaging products. It operates through the Flexible Packaging and Rigid Packaging segments. The Flexible Packaging segment comprises of plastic packaging bags with design supplied by the customers for the pharmaceutical industry, food & beverage industry, and hygienic industry. The Rigid Packaging segment includes the production of polyethylene terephthalate bottles together with printing of design onto the bottle for pharmaceutical, food & beverage, and hygienic industries. The company was founded by Shu Ying Mai and Shun Ming Pan in 1981 and is headquartered in Singapore.
