Livingstone Health Holdings Ltd. is an investment holding company, which engages in the provision of medical treatment and consultancy services. It operates through the following segments: Aesthetics & Wellness, Anesthesiology & Pain Management, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Orthopedic Surgery. The Aesthetics & Wellness segment includes provision of a range of services including laser and resurfacing therapies, radiofrequency, light and ultrasound-based treatments botulinum toxin and filler injections, chemical peels, and various facial and body wellness treatments. The Anesthesiology & Pain Management segment includes provision of comprehensive anesthetic services and perioperative care for a range of surgeries and procedures, assisting to manage high risk and unstable patients who have undergone high risk surgeries, and who may need high dependency or intensive care monitoring in the intensive care unit. The Family Medicine segment refers to provision of general medicine services that include, amongst others, the management of general acute conditions, such as simple respiratory/gastrointestinal infections, musculoskeletal complaints, headaches, and dermatological conditions, as well as chronic conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia, and asthma. The Internal Medicine segment focuses on provision of cardiology and endocrinology services. The Orthopedic Surgery segment includes provision of specialized care for patients with orthopedic problems, the Group offers treatment techniques, such as computer-guided, robotic, percutaneous, and minimally invasive surgery/keyhole surgery. The company was founded on April 8, 2004 and is headquartered in Singapore.
