The Faucets Spherical and Accessories segment focuses in the development, production, and marketing of ball valves, special valves, and accessories and brass products, used for the conduction of liquids and gases. The Other segment involves in the development, production, and marketing of water meters and solutions for water measurement, including systems for remote reading, for local authorities, water corporations, and industry. The Adjustments segment covers selling, marketing, and distribution of agricultural produce. The company was founded by Benjamin David Gaon on April 19, 1998 and is headquartered in Or Yehuda, Israel.
