It operates through the following business segments: Domestic Restaurant, Home Delivery, Overseas Restaurant, Environment, Agriculture, and Others. The Domestic Restaurant segment manages and operates restaurants and franchises. The Home Delivery segment handles home delivery, grocery material sets, and cooked food production. The Overseas Restaurant segment manages the expansion of the franchise overseas. The Environment segment includes waste management; operation of renewable energy facilities; and sale of renewable energy. The Agriculture segment produces, sells, and delivers agricultural products. The Others segment includes agricultural theme park business and worker dispatch business. The company was founded by Miki Watanabe on April 16, 1984 and is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.
