The Canada segment focuses on the provision of fracturing and coiled tubing services to a diverse group of oil and natural gas exploration and production companies operating in Alberta, northeast British Columbia, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. The Argentina segment consists of pressure pumping services from its operating bases in Argentina. The company was founded by Ronald P. Mathison and Douglas R. Ramsay on June 28, 1999 and is headquartered in Calgary, Canada.
