Hrvatski Telekom DD engages in providing telecommunication services, that provides fixed and mobile telephony services as well as wholesale, internet and data services. It operates through the following business segments: Residential, Business, Crnogorski Telekom and Other. The Residential segment includes marketing, sales and customer services, focused on providing mobile, fixed line telecommunications and TV distribution and services to residential customer. The Business segment consists of marketing, sales and customer services for corporate users, small and medium-sized enterprises. The Crnogorski Telekom segment includes the contribution of all Crnogorski Telekom’s functions to group financial results. The Other segment performs cross-segment management and support functions, and includes the Technology, Procurement, Accounting, Treasury, Legal and other central functions. The company was founded on December 28, 1998 and is headquartered in Zagreb, Croatia.
