If btc doesn't breaks 13800 in next 10-11 days.... Bitcoin will be going to $1200 in 2019. If TA is right on HTF... This structure is bad and all the bounces in smaller TFs is just exit policy of most MMs from bitcoin markets. That said, If this happens..... I don't think libra will be any possibility .
