The issues I have is their margin requirements don't seem to line up. I had 2K in my acct. and it wouldn't let me trade 2 mini contracts. Maybe I don't understand, but I didn't like it. Plus it takes a week to get a deposit in your acct. and that is using wire transfer, the quickest method they claim. They deduct from your bank acct. and it still takes 3 days to get the $ available to trade. That's why I am currently shopping for a new broker.

Having a position with max possible contract size results in no possibility to close the position with "close" with brackets (tradingview) instead you have to move the sl or tp bracket to get out of the trade! That's not intuitive and bad UI experience.

To clarify, while we provide the connection to TradingView, the actual bracket behavior and order execution are managed by them through the CQG routing system. We've shared your comments with their team to help improve the platform experience.

Also, to note — while interface design (UI) impacts usability, it doesn’t necessarily reflect the risk management capabilities of the platform or your account setup. If you'd like help finding a more intuitive workflow for managing positions — especially at max size — our team would be happy to walk you through alternative methods or suggest platform-specific adjustments.
