Shriram Finance to issue multiple-tenor bonds, bankers say
India's Shriram Finance SHRIRAMFIN planning to raise an aggregate of up to 60 billion rupees ($718.65 million) through bonds maturing in two years and five years and through reissue of 9.233% May 2027 notes, three bankers said on Friday.
The issuer plans to raise up to 15 billion rupees, including a greenshoe of 12.5 billion rupees via two-year bonds, and up to 24 billion rupees, including a greenshoe of 20 billion rupees via five-year bonds.
Separately, it also plans to raise up to 21 billion rupees, including a greenshoe of 17.5 billion rupees, via the May 2027 reissue.
