Bajaj Finance to issue multiple-tenor bonds, bankers say
Bajaj Finance BAJFINANCE plans to raise up to 30 billion rupees ($359.35 million) through bonds maturing in two years and the reissue of May 2029 bonds, three bankers said on Friday.
Both the issue has a base size of 5 billion rupees and a greenshoe option of 10 billion rupees each. The company has invited bids for both the issues on Tuesday.
