free soloed El Capitan
He's the pro rock climber whose outrageous free-solo ascents of the USA's tallest cliff-faces have turned him into one of the world's most renowned climbers. Alex is the only person to have free-soloed El Capitan and holds the record for the fastest ascent of the Yosemite triple crown — an 18-hour, 50-minute link-up of Mount Watkins, The Nose, and the Regular Northwest Face of Half Dome.

Queen of Corbet's Couloir
Caite may be from a ski town but she wasn't born a skier. An only child to a single mom, she found skiing a little bit later than most — through a school program. But what she lacked in experience, Caite made up for in effort and hard work, and has since clinched Jackson Hole's much coveted Queen of Corbet's Couloir, not once but twice.

"how does one become good at something? It's a combination of time and a genuine love for whatever you are trying to get good at."
