It's been quite a while since I joined bitmex, and yes they have shown their quality improvement over time, hopefully they will continue to provide the best service for traders.

BitMEX has been one of the best exchanges for over a decade. Reliable API and fast execution. If they can get their mobile app up to speed then they'd be my all time favorite.
Great interface! Have been using it since 2017. Some integrations could be better as latency makes stops kick in a few seconds past price. But if not scalping or trading in the mili seconds range its alright.
The trading experience is excellent and the app is very user-friendly. Transactions are safe, comfortable, and fast. Sending funds to wallets and trading in the UK is very easy
Really bad live price stats of my trades. it's impossible to put stop losses and take profits, the price just walks past your targets! I don't recommend this broker to anyone, next to that really high fee's !

Bitmex is most trustworthy exchange as proven by its track-record on the most volatile days. Best tooling and performance combination!
Been using BitMEX since 2017, trust them completely and quick customer response.
Pricedata in tradingview is seriously delayed , compared to the bitmex website
Raising this with the team, seeing what can be done here. If you could open a support ticket for this with examples that would be really helpful.
Used BitMEX way back 2020. love its security and transparency. Now I'm back using it with its new revamped interface and integration with TradingView making it so much easier and more intuitive to use.

I have been working on the BitMEX platform for over 7 years. I can say that it has the best trading interface out of all the available exchanges. Recomend trade!

terrible for me. slow order placing - takes 2-3 sec. order price updating by dragging the line sometimes hang for >10sec. connect to another wifi - you will get logged out - have to login again.
