FP Markets works well, but if there is heavy trading, some of the charts can lag, which can lead to bad investing but the trading box is real time. No problem withdrawing money, get it within 24 hrs. You do receive monthly and daily trading statements which is fantastic for taxes.
Market data always tends to act up compared to many other brokers I will soon be switching over to another broker The service has been atrocius Spoke to support already and was no help whatsoever
Significant lag and data delays almost a few days EVERY week now. It used to be less common, but it’s becoming more frequent, making it absolutely impossible to trade few times a week!! Do not recommend this broker!!!
lag, disconnection, data missing, dirty candles (especially in lower timeframe) and delayed streaming issue that cause blank chart especially in the hot-hours. a nightmare, the worst way to trade. very bad, not a good service.
Avoid This Broker at All Costs! This broker is terrible during London and New York sessions. The system is extremely slow, orders lag or don’t execute at all, and you can lose money instantly on volatile assets like gold or BTC. This is not a broker you can trust. Stay far away unless you want your trades to be a disaster.
A Fast response time was immediately answered for the immediate solution of my encountered problem with my withdrawal of my winnings in excess of my deposited funds throuh my original source of funds.
Nothing wrong with it so far. Executions rapid, super low spreads compared to my previous broker and commission that are also lower than the competition.
Fantastic broker with fantastic services, reliable, fast in responses and general support. i've been with them for 8 months now and all i can say is that i'll chose them again and again to operate on the markets!
Excellent broker to use, the use of leveraging was highly regulated and helped my trades
Massive issues. Struggeling on frequent base with invalid symbols. Adjustment of stop loss leads to termination of stop-loss without the possiblity to set new one. Support is fast but without giving fast solutions.
During evening time PST time the buy and sell price on account is not actual they represent opposite price of buy and sell which gives us huge loss as the system reduces the quantity on its own.
