I thought I had an issue with connecting to the FXCM platform but it materialised that the issue was with the tradingview platform not with FXCM. Anthony at FXCM via What’s App and various phone calls I had with them, with absolutely top draw in communicating with me to resolve the issue. They were very professional in their approach and keep me up to date at all times. I would highly recommend FXCM as a broker. Thank you once again for dealing with this matter so efficiently.

The FXCM representative Anthony was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Had some issues logging on due to an error on my side however this was resolved in a timely and professional manner. The platform is easy to use for deposits and withdrawals. Just need to get my trading right :-).
