To many maintenance works, very difficult to connect, disconnect a lot. Too bad because the rest of the functionalities are great.

Couldn't add stop loss orders to existing stocks
Poor customer service. On top of that the local commission $2.5 per transaction is added to the trade, so the fill is always above the price entered on limit, which makes a huge difference in scalping.
theres alot of time between market order till its actually happening alot of bugs also , even when i press my mouse on the right side it takes like forever too many lagging ,

Missing bracket order add to existing orders, missing routing, slippage is way to long (maybe it's your fault Trading View!)

the position P&L not working on chart

Takes them a week to process deposits, they send a lot of emails on every little thing that occurs. I opened the account over a month ago and just trying to work with it

There are disconnections at least 3–5 times every day. It’s very hard to rely on the connection.

If you experience any issues with the trading system (TWS), you can follow these steps:
- It is possible that the version of the system installed on your computer is not the most recent.
To verify this, on the system connection screen, click on More Options, and after checking under the version column, change it to "Latest" and then on "Apply and Restart"
- It is possible that the software settings are not compatible with the computer you are working on, in which case you can ask our customer service for help in configuring and adjusting the system to match your computer settings
- Check your internet connection and the ports that are running to make sure that your connection is stable over time
