I honestly love this broker more than I thought I would. Im able to trade directly from trading view. Plus the customer support system is great. I’ve literally asked these folks a million questions lol (well not a million) and all of them got answered. My funds are transferred nice and easy. I have nothing negative to say.

I would not recommend using Ninja Trader at all. The worst customer service because you have to do all the leg work for them because they have no idea what's going on with an account and can't see it apparently. Why do I have to give you screen shots of YOUR homepage and YOUR emails? Can't get my money that they allowed me to fund an untradeable account with back but that takes TEN DAYS! STAY AWAY!
Ive never lost so much with a broker so fast. They say open and trade with only $50 but do not explain the auto liquidation if you even go $5 below the $50 that will take the remainder of your account. I will be returning to my original trusted broker. I feel like I have been robbed.
Needs to be able to move take profit and stop loss after order is submitted like AMP
The past few days I’ll place an order and it won’t show up on the charts so I’ll place it again and still won’t be on the chart. Log out log back in and I’m in 2 separate trades showing on the chart it’s ridiculous and idk why I can’t trade crypto on ninja trader that part makes no sense
Really good. Trading Futures has significant fees and I admit to not being able to compare NinjaTrader with other brokers. I wish that their software would run on Linux so TradingView wouldn't be necessary. Of course I can use their web interface on Linux, but that's not the same. Using Tradingview does have some advantages such as not being limited to a few assets.

great, occasionaly hav an issue your not reconizing my transfers. would be nice to be able to speak with a live person.
Like nothing Ive experienced before, the trading view add on made it extremely user friendly and leaves the guess work out of it. Love it.
Ninjatrader doesn't allow you to trade on multiple tabs on tradvingview.
You are able to get started fast but I have spent a day and a half without the ability to trade since the broker needed more information but no information was ever sent to my email. Quite disappointed on their lack of strive to help a client.
great broker, loe the intergration with trading view - why i use it
i deposited money from my debit card on saturday, and it has been 3 business days already and i still dont have the money in my account.
What I like: Decent integration with TradingView (compared to some of the other brokers out there where the integration is unusable). Changes I need: You cannot drag the take-profit and stop-loss in TradingView. It doesn't even show as an option. You can set take-profit and stop-loss in the order window and also use them via presets. Once they are on the chart, you can drag them; however, they only show up as red limit sells with no information on the status of your trade (i.e. no +/- percentage/monetary change). I feel like the "draggable" yellow stop-loss and green take-profit functionality needs to be added to the NinjaTrader+TradingView integration.
I think that you should be able to contact the people that are putting in documents into your account. I haven't been able to trade for over a week now because they need information on my employment and I am only able to email not call the Account Services team.
The NT desktop need some work like charts and how to set sl and tp… it’s not of ease … reason I got the TradingView package
