ThinkMarkets deducted my client’s legitimate manual trading profits (Account #159798) due to a subsequent unrelated EA activity that didn't even make a profit. They are using "Paragraph 10" as a blanket excuse to seize earned equity. I have provided clear evidence of the time gap between manual gains and the EA, but they refuse to be fair. Avoid this broker if you expect your manual profits to be protected. Formal complaint to the FSA is underway.

I'm still quite new with thinkmarkers, so far i haven't had any problems with them, trades executes fast, exept for this week monday when a trade got stuck on my acount, there where server problems as it was only a test trade, it's something i have never experienced before, because you can't see the trade but you know it's there, my account magager did't get the trade closed and i did not end up with any losses as the trade was losing and i couldn't do anything. I would like to thank my account manager Rivash Gudar for resolving this problem

Communication is non existent. Potential system issues their side yesterday. Been unable to close trades. Stops and Take Profits are ignored. First support contact. They have an issue affecting close of some trades, they are working it. Hours later 2nd support contact, automated msg. "Issue is now resolved ". I indicated that I can still not close trades. Their response, yes some people are still impacted. 20 hours later and it is a repeat of the 2nd support call. There is zero communication as to what is happening, when it may be fixed, when it is safe to use the platform again. WhatsApp channel is just ignored.
I’ve had a solid experience trading with this broker. Execution is fast, spreads are competitive, and the platform is stable even during high-volatility sessions. Deposits and withdrawals have been smooth so far, and customer support is responsive when needed. Overall, a reliable broker for active and intraday traders.

ThinkMarkets’ overall execution has been very impressive, especially on major forex pairs where spreads are quite competitive. The TradingView integration is a big plus for me—it makes it very easy to take trade ideas directly from charts and execute efficiently. It genuinely feels like I’m analyzing and executing trades on a modern, professional-level platform, which is important for serious traders. So far, everything has been smooth and stable. I haven’t tested withdrawals yet, but my experience with customer support has been very positive—their response time was fast and helpful, which I consider a crucial factor for any forex trader. There are a few minor areas that could be improved, but overall, as a serious trader, ThinkMarkets feels like a solid and reliable broker.

5 months down the road i am honestly enjoying this broker, i love their synthetic indices to be specific and their trading platform, thinktrader has made my trading much easier. not forgetting their updated funding options, i could go on and on... this is the best broker by far.

You know what I love about think trader,it's how they reward traders for trading, whether you make profit or not, they still rewards you based on your trading volumes. Also another thing I love about thinkmarkets is how the manage your funds,I can remember when I entered a trade on XAUUSD,I was about to get liquidated for sure but the trade was automatically closed buy thinkmarkets,this saved me a couple of bucks. What I truly love about think markets is their low leverage feature,this protects traders from a common challenge we all face which is emotional trading and over-risking when we are on drawdown,with my 100$ account, I feel very safe when trading with 1:100 leverage,other brokers give too much upto 1000x leverage, that's very dangerous to small traders, that's why I choose Thinkmarkets
