First, they are buddied up with Simpler Trading which is where my Mentors are and Second, Both John Carter (Simpler) and Tom Sosnoff (Tastytrade) are Prooven Entreprenorial (sp) Professionals in their fields as they srongly believe in not only Trading, but in Trading as a Community. I am happy to say that they have taken Trading to a Much more comfortable level IMHO.

Very easy platform to navigate for beginners. Easy to set up, and they have great customer service.
Bat and Tom are the best in the business. Do your self a favor and watch TastyLive on YouTube... They helped create 0 DTE options.
There is a significant lag for executions on tradingview. There is no option to open a market execution with a stop loss or take profit which is a very basic feature of any other broker (similar to paper trading w/ tradingview account) so if you want to market execute a position you cannot add a stop loss or take profit. The API constantly disconnects forcing you to login to your account multiple times per day. You cannot truly add to a position, they manipulate your additional order if you double/triple/ quad up on a position and say that they make it an aggregate of your intial entry, rather than the true entry you got on the chart. The customer support comes off as arrogant and not very helpful or caring about issues.
Excellent trading platform especially for options trading.

I’ve enjoyed my experience with the app so far, I haven’t started trading and haven’t made a deposit so more to come

The charting sucks, from a TA standpoint. but, if you're looking for futures market access, you've found it.
trading view analysis, tastytrade access is a pretty good combo.
