ADX wait for break out lower

Seems to me that ADX could break out any moment, but I would advise to wait till it gets more towards the yellow horizontal line.
If the break out happens but is not very strong, wait for the correction towards the yellow line again.
If the break out happens but is not very strong, wait for the correction towards the yellow line again.
